CLASSES WE OFFER

We run over 6 different types of group fitness classes for our members to try out, and eventually fall in love with.

From CrossFit, to Conditioning and Yoga, there really is a class suitable for all abilities, goals and desires.

Engine Classes

We run 5 Haus Engine classes each week. It is a class designed to keep your fitness in check. This class caters for all levels of fitness and has no high skill movements such as weightlifting or gymnastics.

Weightlifting Classes

CrossFit Classes

We run CrossFit classes 6 days a week. In a typical 60 minute Haus CrossFit class, you will follow a structured programme that can be modified to suit your experience and fitness level. The coach will guide you through each portion of the programme step-by-step, ensuring you understand the intent of the workout and how to adjust your intensity appropriately.

Our Haus Weightlifting classes are a great opportunity not only to learn the skill of weightlifting but to follow a programme designed to build strength and stability.
The coach will coach you through the basics but will also provide you with the guidance you need to to apply your weightlifting into your own training or our CrossFit classes.

Haus Yoga, a class to move, flow and relax. Your incredible coach will run your through a classic Vinyasa style session, great for all levels and best known for the smooth way all the poses run together.
Its one of the most popular contemporary styles of yoga, encompassing many different types including Ashtanga and power yoga.

CrossFit Kids

Gymnastic Classes

Our Haus Gymnastics classes are focussed on strict and kipping techniques you might commonly see in our CrossFit classes. The sessions are great for building an understanding on where to start and which progressions will best suit you for your own training and classes.
If you're trying to master certain skills, hone your technique or build capacity in classes, this is a session for you.

Yoga classes

CrossFit Kids

Our Haus Kids course is a great opportunity to get the younger generations moving and loving fitness. Classes are on Tuesdays & Thursdays and the age ranges are 3-6 years and 7-11.
